Customer Reviews
Consistent quality always
I've bought from Ziba Foods a few times now, mainly their Wild Pistachios and the Dried White Mulberries. This last order was just as good as the first ones I placed months ago. The pistachios always have that unique flavor you don't find in regular stores. And the mulberries are consistently soft and chewy. It's nice to know what you're getting, and they've always delivered on time for me. That reliability is why I keep coming back.
Good quality, quick delivery
I ordered a bag of their Shakhurbai Almonds and some Kishmish Raisins. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I got a confirmation email right away. They arrived in about four days, which was faster than I expected, especially since I didn't pay for expedited shipping. The almonds were really fresh and had a nice crunch. The raisins were plump and not too sweet. Everything was well-packaged. I had a question about storage so I used their contact form, and customer service got back to me within a day with a helpful response. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.
Decent nuts, slow website
I tried the Heirloom Trail Mix and a bag of their Dried Figs. The trail mix had a good variety and everything tasted fresh, especially the different nuts. The figs were also soft and flavorful, not dry like some others I've had. My main gripe was the website was a little slow to load pages sometimes, which made browsing a bit frustrating. Shipping was free for my order over $50, and it took about a week to get here. The packaging was fine, nothing fancy but it protected the products. Good value for the quality, just wish the site was snappier.

What's the deal with shipping times? I'm in NYC and kinda need some dried mulberries for a recipe this weekend.
Anyone know if you can get a discount for your first order? I'm thinking of trying them out but wanna save a few bucks.
are their products organic? trying to eat cleaner.
How do these compare to Nuts.com? I usually buy from them but Ziba's heirloom nuts sound interesting.
Do they do free shipping always, or only sometimes? Thinking of ordering a bunch of stuff.
